1.3. By purchasing goods through the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, please do not use the Website.
2. Products and Prices
2.1. All prices listed on the Website are in EUR and include applicable taxes (e.g., VAT), unless stated otherwise.

3. Ordering Process

3.3. After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail.
3.4. The purchase agreement is considered concluded once you receive the confirmation e-mail.

4.2. We do not store your card payment data. All transactions are processed via secure payment gateways.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery is available to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, using the selected shipping service provider (such as Omniva, Itella, DPD, etc.).
5.2. Delivery costs and times depend on the selected shipping method and are indicated during the checkout process.
5.3. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping companies or force majeure circumstances.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
6.1. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Estonian law (VÕS §56), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods.
6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send us a written notice (e.g., via e-mail).
6.3. Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in the condition received, except as necessary to inspect the goods.
6.4. The costs associated with returning goods are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
6.5. We will refund the cost of the goods within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
7. Warranty and Liability
7.1. Products offered on the Website are subject to warranty obligations according to applicable legislation.
7.2. We are not liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the products.
7.3. Limitation of liability: We are not responsible for indirect damages or loss of profit, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
